Things I Love

1. getting lost in a book and trying to figure out when I can possibly sneak in another minute of reading.
2. students who are engaged, smart, and doing their very best.
3. students who stay after class to talk about how they have always hated English classes and been disappointed in English teachers, but somehow this class may be different.
4. long e-mails from my friends that light my heart and mind.
5. sleeping all the way through the night.
