Are You Kidding Me?

Here is a list of things that have occurred in my kitchen in the last week.
*Note this does not include the water falling through my kitchen ceiling or buying a new refrigerator for my tenants as they were previously reported.

• the 3 outlets in the dining room that didn't work, then did work, now don't work again.
• The main outlet not only won't reset, but has sparks flying out when an attempt to reset is made.
  
• my dishwasher is not working.
• my stove (all of it) is not working.
• the overhead (and only) kitchen light is not working.
  
• the water in the building is off for another hour.
  

I am wondering if I did something very mean to someone last week without realizing it to cause this kick of bad karma.
